CANT SLEEP #_#

HELP I CANT SLEEP!! FOR THE PAST TWO MONTHS I HAVE HAD BEARLY FOUR HOURS SLEEP EVERY NITE AND MOST NITES I DONT SLEEP AT ALL! FOR EXAMPLE NOW... I HAVENT SLEPT IN 46 HOURS!!!!

ITS GETTIN CRAZY NOW.... I FEEL TIRED BUT I JUST CANT FALL ASLEEP!! AND WHEN I DO I WAKE UP IN FOURS TIME!! IT DIDNT REALLY BOTHER ME MUST BEFORE BECAUSE I HAV A COLLECTION OF OVER 100 DVDS.. AND THEY PASSED THE NIGHT BUT NOW IM WATCHING THEM OVER AND OVER AND OVER ....THERE IS ONLY SO MUCH I CAN TAKE!!

IVE TRIED WARM MILK... SLEEPING PILLS... COUNTING SHEEP... LISTENIN TO MUSIC... WATCHING THE NEWS... AND NOTHING SEEMS WORK.....

DO U HAV ANY IDEAS OF WAYS TO GET TO SLEEP?
